Brayne Digital Agency is hiring a full-time, onsite Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize websites for our clients. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver clean, responsive, and high-performing websites using WordPress and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean code and functional design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, or custom code
- Convert mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into fully functional, mobile-responsive websites
- Troubleshoot and fix front-end and back-end issues
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content teams
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Conduct cross-browser and device testing
- Maintain documentation for themes, plugins, and site structures
- Assist in developing custom plugins or features when needed
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of web development experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization
- Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work full-time and onsite
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or WooCommerce
- Familiar with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Beaver Builder
- Knowledge of Git or version control tools
- Understanding of API integrations and headless CMS concepts
- Experience in staging/deployment workflows or cPanel hosting
