Job Summary

Brayne Digital Agency is hiring a full-time, onsite Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize websites for our clients. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver clean, responsive, and high-performing websites using WordPress and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean code and functional design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, or custom code
  • Convert mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into fully functional, mobile-responsive websites
  • Troubleshoot and fix front-end and back-end issues
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content teams
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
  • Conduct cross-browser and device testing
  • Maintain documentation for themes, plugins, and site structures
  • Assist in developing custom plugins or features when needed

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of web development experience
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization
  • Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work full-time and onsite

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or WooCommerce
  • Familiar with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Beaver Builder
  • Knowledge of Git or version control tools
  • Understanding of API integrations and headless CMS concepts
  • Experience in staging/deployment workflows or cPanel hosting
