Brayne Digital Agency is looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage client social channels and paid campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating content calendars, running paid ads, and analyzing performance to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create content calendars with engaging posts, captions, and hashtags
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor channel growth, audience behavior, and post performance
- Collaborate with design team for graphics and video content
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent voice
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
- Stay up to date on platform trends and algorithm changes
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Basic understanding of audience targeting and ad budgeting
- Excellent written English and visual storytelling skills
- Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
- Experience creating or editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks)
- Background in influencer outreach or community management
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards or analytics tools
