SEM Specialist

Job Summary

Brayne Digital Agency is looking for a results-oriented SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms, knows how to drive traffic and conversions, and is comfortable analyzing performance data to continuously improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design team on visuals
  • Monitor performance, adjust bids and targeting, and reduce ad spend waste
  • Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion pixels
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve results
  • Stay current on SEM trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

Key Requirements

  • 1–2+ years experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns
  • Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, or Shopping)
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, etc.
  • Familiar with keyword planner, audience tools, and negative keyword strategy
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Elementor)
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies and dynamic ads
  • Experience running local service or eCommerce campaigns
  • Understanding of UTM tracking and multi-channel attribution
