Sales Executive

Job Summary

Brayne Digital Agency is hiring a full-time, onsite Sales Executive to generate leads, close deals, and help grow our client portfolio. The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and has experience selling digital services such as website development, SEO, social media, and branding. You’ll play a key role in helping the company grow by building relationships and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound efforts and networking
  • Pitch Brayne Digital’s services: web development, SEO, SEM, SMM, hosting, design, and software
  • Create and send customized proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales with potential clients
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline using CRM or internal tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to growth goals
  • Represent the agency professionally in meetings and presentations

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (digital services preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in presenting solutions and handling objections
  • Good understanding of basic digital marketing and web services
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Willing to work full-time and onsite

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in B2B sales or digital agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking systems
  • Understanding of SEO, web design, and paid ad basics
  • Background in client servicing or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
