Brayne Digital Agency is hiring a full-time, onsite Sales Executive to generate leads, close deals, and help grow our client portfolio. The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and has experience selling digital services such as website development, SEO, social media, and branding. You’ll play a key role in helping the company grow by building relationships and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound efforts and networking
- Pitch Brayne Digital’s services: web development, SEO, SEM, SMM, hosting, design, and software
- Create and send customized proposals and quotations
- Negotiate pricing and close sales with potential clients
- Maintain and update a sales pipeline using CRM or internal tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to growth goals
- Represent the agency professionally in meetings and presentations
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience (digital services preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in presenting solutions and handling objections
- Good understanding of basic digital marketing and web services
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Willing to work full-time and onsite
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B sales or digital agency environment
- Familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking systems
- Understanding of SEO, web design, and paid ad basics
- Background in client servicing or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
