Brayne Digital Agency is seeking an innovative AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage intelligent workflows that increase productivity and efficiency across departments. You will work with marketing, sales, and development teams to automate repetitive tasks, optimize client services, and integrate AI tools into our operations and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation across marketing, sales, development, and client onboarding
- Build and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or n8n
- Integrate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Google Bard) into client-facing and internal processes
- Develop chatbots, email workflows, or AI-driven dashboards
- Collaborate with teams to automate lead generation, reporting, scheduling, and support tasks
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain documentation for automation workflows and protocols
- Research new AI tools and propose innovative use cases for the agency and clients
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in automation or no-code/low-code platforms
- Proficient with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI API, or Google Cloud AI
- Strong understanding of APIs and data connections
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and translate team needs into efficient workflows
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., ManyChat, Tidio, Botpress)
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, Python, or webhooks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho)
- Experience with AI in content creation, customer support, or analytics
- Previous agency or SaaS experience
